We welcome visitors! Join us to improve your speaking and leadership skills in a friendly, helpful, and fun group. We help
each other advance faster through constructive evaluations. Our club is like a mini United Nations since many members come
from other countries. We are an open club. Founded in 1982.
We are part of Area B1, Division B, District 12, Region
2 of Toastmasters International.
Typical Meeting Introduction of the evaluation team - General Evaluator, Timer,
Grammarian, Evaluators for Speakers.
Then we usually have 1-2 speeches. Speakers are free to choose what they want to present. They learn by practicing the
objectives in our Basic and Advanced Manuals and also through the evaluation from another member.
We continue with Table Topics - a great way to prepare for interview questions! The Table Topics Master asks a question
and members need to give a 2 minute answer. Don't be afraid - we all learned how to do that! You can too!
Finally, the evaluation team presents their report, the Toastmaster gives awards, there may be a brief business
session, and the meeting ends.

Becoming a Member
When you want to join, just ask for an application. The first time cost includes a one-time new member fee of about $24,
and prorated dues. Then every 6 months we pay $33 in dues. (The reason our club is so affordable - we
sell the "Entertainment Books" from September through December to raise funds for our educational, etc., materials!)
